11/22/08 – WARKWORTH, ON – One Hundred Mile Diner executive chef Ken Anderson prepares a lunch order from an assortment of locally produced food. Owner Phil Smith opened the restaurant in May 2008 and remains committed to his goal of offering fresh meals crafted mainly from food grown within a 100 mile radius, or 160 kilometres, of Warkworth.
